I can't believe you're at the end of this incredible journey. 52 countries in 52 years would be amazing, nevermind doing it in 52 weeks. I have so enjoyed following you on your journey, and I'm really looking forward to hearing more about your travels on Wednesday at WISE Hall.

I have enjoyed all your newsletters about your amazing trip. I like the range of observations you offer, from the personal quirks of travel to how cities function. I can hardly wait for your book. I hope the rest of your trip goes safely.

Thanks for sharing-just love your observations and was thinking too-when I saw my finish line not too far away - after 6 months - I got a bit distracted, was harder to stay in the moment. Think it was my mind preparing for the next big adjustment :home.

Some nice insights into the intersection of socio-economic stagnation and mental illness that is afflicting many cities around the Western world.

Random thoughtb I was there 9 years ago so things could be different, but alcohol sales are taxed and regulated just as strictly as other kinds of consumer goods in Singapore - $15 for a beer is probably not far off from normal, if I remember correctly!

See you at Wise Hall on Wednesday 🎉
